January, 1994 he was elevated to the most responsible position as The Secretary General of NFIFWI at Mathura and continued till 1998. He believed in mutual trust and respect and had enormous confidence with the NEGOTIATING WISDOM OF OUR ORGANISATION. He is deeply indebted to K.B.Srinivasamoorthy for his excellent support which could not have otherwise been replicated.
It is always fresh in his mind the way The President Anand Tyagi skillfully handled all matters related to CBDT and Non Taxable reimbursement of Expenses to Development Officers. Bottom line we understood that the rapport and relationship is very vital for the purposeful functioning of the Trade Union. Sohan Shah in Mumbai and D.D.Gupta in Delhi had played sensible roles in this sensitive issue balancing with equanimity.
In every issue of however small may it be, he never failed to visit Mr.G.V.S.Mani and Mr.V.V.Apte at their residences and discuss with Mr.M.M.Sadana and Madhu Dandavate for a through guidance, though some of them he might not be able to follow.
He will always indebted to them not only in matters of NFIFWI but for the love and concern they exhibited.
